What is a Frisch's Gift Card?
A Frisch's Gift Card is a pre-paid card that gives customers a quick and convenient way to pay at Frisch's Big Boy restaurants.  They also make the perfect gift for holidays or any special occasion. They can be purchased for the
first time or reloaded later in any denomination greater than $5 at participating Frisch's Big Boy restaurants.

How do I use my card?
After your order has been totaled, the cashier will ask for your card so they can swipe it.  The cost of your meal will automatically deduct from your card's balance. The remaining balance on your card is printed on your receipt.

How do I activate or reload Gift Card at Frisch's?
Individual Gift Cards can be activated or reloaded at participating Frisch's Big Boy restaurants. Customers choose the amount to initially load or reload ($5 or greater), then pay with cash or a credit card. After payment is complete, you will receive two receipts, one is your sales receipt and the other, is your activation receipt, which is required in order to replace a lost or stolen card.

How do I check my remaining balance or recent purchases?
There are four ways to obtain the value and/or balance remaining on your card:

1. Check your balance online now by entering your 16 digit Gift Card account number and 3-digit Access Code printed on the back of your Frisch's Gift Card.
2. Call the balance and transaction hotline number on the back of the Gift Card: 1-800-873-3633.
3. Check your receipt - your updated balance is printed each time you use your card.
4. Visit any Frisch's Big Boy restaurant.

Why wouldn't my restaurant honor/accept my Gift Card?
Gift Cards are accepted at participating Frisch's Big Boy restaurants. Click here to locate the restaurant nearest you.

Why was my Gift Card denied?
Typically this means there is no money left on the card. Check your balance now or call the balance and transaction hotline at 1-800-873-3633. Please have your card handy as you'll need the 16-digit account number and 3-digit Access Code from the back of the Gift Card.

Why is my balance different than I thought?
It's possible that you've forgotten a visit or purchase. Check your transaction history here now or
call the balance and transaction hotline at 1-800-873-3633. You'll need the 16-digit number and 3-digit Access Code from the back of the card.

How do I replace a damaged or unreadable card?
Call 1-800-873-3633 immediately to have your card cancelled and replaced.  We will need your 16-digit account number.

How do I replace a lost or stolen card?
Please call 1-800-873-3633 immediately to deactivate your card.  You will need the original 16-digit account number in order to receive a replacement card with the remaining card balance.

How do I reload my Gift Card?
Go to any participating Frisch's Big Boy restaurant to add increments of $5 or greater to your card. Tell the cashier the reload amount, and then pay with cash or a credit card. After payment is complete, you will receive two receipts, one is your sales receipt and the other, is your activation receipt.

Can I purchase large quantities of Gift Cards?
To purchase up to 24 Gift Cards at once, you can go to a participating Frisch's Big Boy restaurant. Visiting the restaurant during non-traditional meal hours will provide faster service when buying such a large quantity of Gift Cards. If you want to order 25 or more Gift Cards, please call Frisch's Corporate at 1-800-873-3633.

Do Gift Cards expire?
Frisch's Big Boy Gift Cards never expire.

How can I pay for Gift Cards purchased from Frisch's Corporate?
Currently, large quantities of Gift Cards (25 or more) can be purchased from Frisch's Corporate. You can pay for your order with a check or money order.  Please make your check or money order payable to Frisch's Restaurants, Inc.

Will Gift Cards replace gift certificates?
We no longer offer Frisch's Big Boy gift certificates for sale, but they are still accepted as payment.
